University of Tasmania is providing this online merchandise store in collaboration with AJG Branding Pty Ltd (ABN 36 658 708 540) trading under Slick Branding and BigCommerce Pty Ltd (ABN 70 107 422 631) and its related parties.

BigCommerce Pty Ltd and its related parties are providing the online platform which is being used by the University of Tasmania for this online store.

Slick Branding is responsible for arranging delivery and handling returns of University of Tasmania merchandise.

Collection

As you make a purchase from our store, we collect your personal information, including your name, address, and email address. Additionally, when you browse our store, we receive your computer's internet protocol (IP) address that gives us insight into your browser and operating system.

With your permission we may send you emails related to our store, such as updates on new products and other news.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms and Conditions.

Payment

If you make direct payment to make a purchase on our website, then BigCommerce stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Big Commerce’s servers are PCI DSS 3.2 certified at Level 1, which protects against credit card data breaches. After the transaction is complete, your purchase information is deleted.
