Shipping
We only ship orders to Australian addresses. We do not ship orders internationally.
For purchases:
- Under $100 – flat rate of $9.99
- Over $100 – free shipping
Orders will be fulfilled within 2 business days and shipped via StarTrack. Orders should arrive 5-7* business days from the fulfillment date.
UniStore cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.
*These are estimated delivery times and are not a guaranteed timeframe. Please note that there may be delays during busy periods.
Returns
We are happy to accept returns for any reason, within 28 days of order fulfillment, however a $9.99 return postage cost will be deducted from the total refund amount. For faulty items, please see Exchange section below.
A refund will be issued to your original payment method after we have received and inspected the item.
UniStore cannot be held responsible for any orders lost in transit.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
- You must initiate the return request within 28 days of order fulfillment.
- You produce proof of purchase (order confirmation).
If you have an account with UniStore:
- Click here to log in to your account.
- Select the 'Orders' tab.
- Select the 'Return items?' option.
- Select the quantity of each item you would like to return.
- Follow the prompts to complete the returns form.
If you do not have an account with UniStore:
- Please contact us on returns.unistore@utas.edu.au with your full name, order number, and which products you would like to return.
We will email you shipping instructions and a prepaid postal label to print out within 2 business days.
If you are unable to meet these requirements, the UniStore reserves the right to refuse a return.
Exchanges
Only faulty items will be exchanged. Exchanges must be requested within 28 days of fulfilment of the order. If you do not wish to receive an exchange, the full purchase price of the item will be refunded.
To organise an exchange or refund please contact us on returns.unistore@utas.edu.au with your full name, order number, which item(s) you would like to return, and photos of the faulty item(s).
UniStore will provide a complimentary prepaid shipping label for your item(s) within 2 business days.
Please ensure that the item is shipped back in the state it was received. Failure to do so may result in the inability to exchange goods.
Upon receipt of the faulty item, we will inspect it and either send a new item, or a refund, within 7 business days.
You will receive confirmation of the approved exchange within 2 business days of lodging the request.
